Cost breakdown
JetBlue: Starting at 48-76k points + $23-206 in tax/fees each way. Free change/cancel but taxes/fees are credited into JetBlue travel bank instead of refunded to payment method.
Transfer Partners: American Express (5:4); Capital One (5:3); Chase (1:1), Citi (1:1), Wells Fargo (1:1)
Alaska Airlines: Starting at 55-110k points + $85-225 in tax/fees each way. Free change/cancel but you will lose the $20 per person award partner booking fee unless you have Atmos Summit card.
Transfer Partners: Bilt
Note: Not all flights are available to book through Alaska, it seems to be last-minute YYZ flights are bookable (month of July), and flights from the Caribbean and Mexico are also bookable through Alaska. So pretty much ex-US & Canada.
How to search and book?
Since most of these awards are primarily bookable through JetBlue, here is how to search through the JetBlue program. Some routes are also bookable through Alaska at a different rate as well (sometimes better, sometimes not).
1) Manual search on JetBlue or use a search tool like seats.aero or Roame.
2) Put in destination, # of passengers, one-way, a date, and check off “Use TrueBlue points”. Then search.

Source: JetBlue
3) After searching, JetBlue will show you the cost to book a seat on that specific route and day. In this example, you can book business class from YYZ to FRA for 59.3k points and $73 in tax/fees. Economy is also available for 19.8k points and $73 in tax/fees.

Source: JetBlue
4) If you want to make sure there are enough award seats for your specific flight, make sure to search for the # of travelers you plan to fly with and that the award is still there. In this example, there are at least 4 business class award seats.

About Find Flights for Me.
I started the idea of Find Flights for Me back in 2023 to help educate and inspire people to use their credit card points more effectively, with a focus on using points to fly business and first class flights.
When I’m not working on Wall Street or searching for flight deals, you can find me watching all the World Cup games, enjoying local restaurants, helping my parents book their next trip, traveling internationally, or visiting friends/family in NYC, Philadelphia, or DC.
